Shrewsbury Rotary Club Joins Forces to Fight Global Hunger
On Saturday, October 11th, members of the Shrewsbury Rotary Club rolled up their sleeves and joined dozens of volunteers at the Feed My Starving Children Mobile Pack event in Worcester — a powerful day of service dedicated to ending childhood hunger around the world.

Together, volunteers packed hundreds of nutritious meal bags, each carefully measured and sealed with care. These life-saving meals will be distributed to children in need across more than 110 countries, offering hope and sustenance where it’s needed most. Each bag provides enough food to nourish a child for six days — a small package with a profound impact.

The Shrewsbury Rotary Club’s participation reflects its ongoing commitment to service above self. From scooping ingredients to sealing boxes, members worked side by side with local families, students, and community groups, united by a shared mission: to ensure no child goes hungry. It was inspiring to see so many hands working together for a cause that transcends borders!

Thank you to all who volunteered, donated, and spread the word. Your compassion and energy are helping feed futures — one meal at a time
