Congratulations to Derek Grillo’s mother, Barbara Cotter. Barbara was named a “Hall of Farmer” by The Worcester Business Journal. Barbara owned and operated the Struck Cafe in Worcester. The cafe spawned Derek’s catering business, Struck Catering.
We all know of the great food produced by Struck and congratuate Barbara on this significant recognition.
